摘要
煤矿主通风机是确保煤矿安全有序生产的必要条件,但目前主流通风机在煤矿实际应用中往往存在工作效率低、散热差、噪声大、后续维护成本高等问题。在对某煤矿主通风机分析研究的基础上,对其进行更换主体、更换电机、降噪改造、电路控制改造,使其各方面性能都有较大提升,同时节约能耗、降低碳排放,具有较高的经济效益与社会效益。通过与改造前对比分析,表明该煤矿主通风机改造方案可行性较高。
The main ventilation fan in coal mines is essential to ensure safe and orderly production in coal mines,but the current mainstream ventilation fans often suffer from low work efficiency,poor heat dissipation,high noise levels and high subsequent maintenance costs in practical applications in coal mines.Based on the analysis and research of a coal mine main ventilator,the main body was replaced,the motor was replaced,the noise reduction was modified and the circuit control was modified,so that its performance in all aspects was greatly improved,while saving energy and reducing carbon emissions,with economic and social benefits.The feasibility of this coal mine main ventilation fan retrofit programme is verified through comparative analysis with that before the retrofit.
