摘要
针对华阳集团某洗煤厂在洗选煤炭的过程中存在吨煤介质消耗相对较高的问题,从洗选工艺与设备两方面着手分析了选煤介质消耗高的原因,并提出一系列升级改造原洗选工艺流程与设备的策略。应用这些策略进行改造后:该选煤厂吨煤的介质消耗由原来的3.56 kg降低到了2.15 kg,降低了39%,取得了较好经济效益,可为类似工况下的选煤厂提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of relatively high media consumption per ton of coal in the process of washing coal in a coal washing plant of Huayang Group,the reasons for high media consumption of coal washing were analyzed from both the washing process and equipment,and a series of strategies were proposed to upgrade and transform the original washing process and equipment.After applying these strategies,the media consumption of this coal processing plant was reduced from 3.56 kg to 2.15 kg,a reduction of 39%,which achieved good economic benefits and can provide reference for coal processing plants under similar working conditions to reduce media consumption.
