摘要
为进一步提升带式输送机的运输能力,解决多电机驱动带式输送机在实际应用中存在的功率不平衡问题,在对多电机驱动带式输送机基本结构和功率平衡控制系统要求分析的基础上,分别详细完成了功率平衡控制系统软硬件设计,并采用仿真分析方式验证所设计功率平衡控制器对多电机功率的均匀分配效果,得到理想结论。
In order to further improve the transportation capacity of belt conveyor and solve the inevitable power imbalance problem of multi-motor driven belt conveyor in practical application,based on the analysis of the basic structure of multi-motor driven belt conveyor and the requirements of power balance control system,the hardware and software design of power balance control system is completed in detail respectively,and the simulation analysis is used to verify the effect of the designed power balance controller on the uniform power distribution of multi-motor The design of the hardware and software of the power balancing control system is completed in detail based on the analysis of the basic structure and the requirements of the power balancing control system.
