带式输送机永磁同步变频调速一体机驱动应用实践

摘要 基于带式输送机采用可控启动传输(CST)方式驱动存在启动电流较大、系统较复杂、维修烦琐及重载启动时无法提供足够力矩等问题,提出采用永磁变频调速一体机。相对于传统的带式输送机变频和高速电动机与多级减速机的应用配置,矿用隔爆兼本质安全型减速永磁变频一体机可以简化传动系统、提高运行效率、免维护、增加智能化功能、提高设备的使用寿命,为煤矿井下带式输送机提供简单、可靠的传动解决方案。 Based on the problems of large starting current,complicated system,tedious maintenance and inability to provide sufficient torque during heavy load starting of belt conveyor driven by CST method,the adoption of permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion speed control integrated machine is proposed.Compared with the traditional belt conveyor inverter and high-speed motor and multi-stage reducer application configuration,the mining explosion-proof and intrinsically safe reducer permanent magnet frequency conversion integrated machine can simplify the transmission system,improve the operating efficiency,maintenance-free,increase intelligent functions,improve the service life of equipment,and provide a simple and reliable transmission solution for underground coal mine belt conveyors.
