摘要
为解决传统乳化液配比系统自动化水平低、配比精度低以及成本高的问题,在对当前乳化液配比系统现状分析的基础上,提出以PLC控制器、射流泵、电磁阀、传感器等为基础部件设计可实现远程自动化供液的乳化液自动配比系统,并完成了关键硬件的设计和软件流程的设计。对所设计的自动配比系统的性能进行验证,取得理想结果。
In order to solve the problems of low automation level,low proportioning accuracy and high cost of traditional emulsion proportioning system,based on the analysis of the current status of emulsion proportioning system,an automatic emulsion proportioning system with PLC controller,jet pump,solenoid valve and sensor as the basic components is proposed to realize remote automatic liquid supply,and the design of key hardware and sofware process is completed.Finally,the performance of the designed automatic proportioning system is verified and the desired results are obtained.
