选煤厂带式输送机智能调速系统设计

摘要 针对选煤厂带式输送机存在空载及轻载率较高,易存在严重的电能浪费的问题,以变频智能控制器为核心,通过应用“一拖一”变频驱动模式,设计一种只能调速控制系统。经实际应用发现,该智能调速系统运行稳定可靠,与未改造之前相比每年可节约1/2的电能,每年可节约11.2万元的输送机机械配件费用,取得了较好的经济效益。 In view of the fact that the belt conveyor in the coal preparation plant has a high no-load and light load rate and is prone to serious waste of electric energy,based on the main power consumption characteristics of the belt conveyor,taking the frequency conversion intelligent controller as the core,the front motor and the rear motor of the belt conveyor can be operated by applying the"one driven by one"frequency conversion drive mode,an intelligent speed control system was designed.Through practical application,it is found that the inteigent speed control system operates stably and reliably,and can save 1/2 of the electric energy per year compared with the original one,and can save 112000 yuan of the cost of mechanical parts of the conveyor per year,which has achieved good economic benefits.
