煤矿井下架空乘人装置的故障诊断系统设计与研究

摘要 为了确保井下作业人员的安全、保障煤矿井下的架空乘人装置安全稳定运行,设计一套完备的故障诊断系统来检测架空乘人装置的工作状态是否出现异常。将架空乘人装置在工作过程中出现的各种信号特性以及运行参数采集并分析,研究诊断架空乘人装置故障的技术方法,从而总结出架空乘人装置可能出现的各种故障形式,这也为从事相关行业人员研发架空乘人装置的故障诊断设备提供了一定的理论依据。 In order to ensure the safety of underground workers and to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the underground overhead travelling device in coal mines,a complete fault diagnosis system should be designed to detect whether the working condition of the overhead travelling device is abnormal.The technical methods for diagnosing the faults of overhead riding devices can be studied by collecting and analysing the signal characteristics and operating parameters of overhead riding devices in the course of operation,so that the possible forms of faults of overhead riding devices can be summarised,which also provides a theoretical basis for the development of fault diagnosis equipment for overhead riding devices by personnel engaged in the relevant industries.
