摘要
针对带式输送机系统采用人工巡检模式效率低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种新的输送机自动巡检系统。其能够实现对输送机及运行环境的全面监测和故障识别,对该输送机自动巡检系统整体结构、通信模式、巡检模式、故障诊断模式等进行了分析。结果表明,新的自动巡检系统能够将井下巡检效率提升8倍以上,对输送机运行故障检出准确率达到了94.6%,极大地提升了输送机系统的运行稳定性和可靠性。
In view of the problems of low efficiency and poor safety of the belt conveyor system using manual inspection mode,a new automatic conveyor inspection system is proposed,which can realize comprehensive monitoring and fault identification of the conveyor and the operating environment,and the overall structure,communication mode,inspection mode and fault diagnosis mode of this automatic conveyor inspection system are analyzed.The results show that the new automatic inspection system can improve the efficiency of underground inspection by more than 8 times,and the accuracy rate of detecting faults in conveyor operation reaches 94.6%,which greatly improves the stability and reliability of conveyor system operation.
