煤矿井下长距离斜巷轨道运输问题分析及应对技术研究

摘要 现阶段井下长距离斜巷辅助运输方式多为无极绳绞车、调度绞车等,无极绳绞车运输能力强但也面临运输效率低、服务范围小等问题;调度绞车则需要多个绞车搭接运输,并需要频繁挂钩、摘钩,不仅运输效率低而且安全风险较高。为提高运输效率,提出采用无轨胶轮车牵引轨道矿车方式进行辅助运输,充分发挥无轨胶轮车牵引能力大、适应性强以及斜巷内轨道矿车稳定性好等优点,提高运输效率及适应性;通过无轨胶轮车可将矿车直接牵引到施工地点,显著提升运输效率。 At the present stage,the auxiliary transport methods of underground long-distance slanting lane are mostly in the form of induction rope winch and dispatching winch.The induction rope winch has a strong transport capacity but also faces problems such as low transport efficiency and small service area;the dispatching winch requires multiple winches to lap and transport,and requires frequent hooking and unhooking,which not only has low transport efficiency but also has high safety risks.In order to improve transport efficiency,it is proposed to use trackless rubber wheel car to haul the rail mine car for auxiliary transport,giving full play to the advantages of large hauling capacity of trackless rubber wheel car,strong adaptability and good stability of the rail mine car in the slanting tunnel to improve transport eficiency and adaptability;through trackless rubber wheel car can haul the mine car directly to the construction site,significantly improving transport efficiency.
