往复式采煤工艺的巷道支护技术研究及应用

摘要 针对某矿往复式回采工作面面临的巷道支护效果不佳问题,利用该工作面围岩特性进行支护设计,通过利用锚网锚索联合支护加固巷道,并在靠近采空区一侧浇筑混凝土墙体、距工作面20 m前方进行超前支护等进行巷道维护工作。经长期矿压监测显示,设计的支护方案较好,确保了回采过程中的巷道围岩稳定性。 In view of the roadway support problem faced by a mine reciprocating back mining face,the support design was carried out by using the characteristics of the surrounding rock of the face,and the roadway maintenance work was carried out by reinforcing the roadway with combined anchor mesh and anchor cable support,and pouring concrete walls on the side near the mining void area and over-supporting 20 m ahead from the working face.The support scheme was found to be good and ensured the stability of the roadway during recovery.
