摘要
为解决刮板输送机传统控制系统对其运速控制的滞后延迟性,提出了基于负载预测的刮板输送机调速控制的总体设计思路;提出了采用卷积神经网络算法对刮板输送机负载进行预测,并对预测效果进行验证;提出采用粒子群算法对PID控制器参数进行优化,并对优化后的控制效果进行验证;均取得理想结果。
In order to solve the lag and delay of the traditional control system of scraper conveyor,the general design idea of scraper conveyor speed control based on load prediction is proposed;the convolutional neural network algorithm is proposed to predict the load of scraper conveyor,and the prediction effect is verified;the particle swarm algorithm is proposed to optimize the PID controller parameters,and the optimized control effect is verified;both achieve the desired results.Optimization of PID controller parameters using particle swarm algorithm is proposed,and the optimized control effect is verified;all of them achieve the desired results.
