摘要
为提高巷道掘进效率,缓解采掘接替紧张局面,以马兰矿18503回风顺槽为研究对象,结合18503回风顺槽实际地质条件,设计了掘锚护一体化技术和围岩支护方案,在对EBZ160综掘机结构分析的基础上,对综掘机进行技术改造,现场实践效果良好,巷道掘进进尺提升约45%,达到350 m/月,同时大幅降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,实现了18503工作面的快速掘进和围岩控制。
In order to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation and relieve the tension of mining succession,the integrated technology of digging and anchor protection and the surrounding rock support scheme were designed based on the actual geological conditions of the 18503 return wind chute in Malan Mine,and the technical transformation of the header was carried out based on the structural analysis of the EBZ-160 header.The technical modification of the header is based on the analysis of the structure of the EBZ-160 header.
