摘要引导学生以科学论证的方式进行"DNA的复制"的学习,通过模型构建、资料分析等多种学习方式,促进学生运用推理、演绎、建模等思维方法,在论证中自主构建概念,在辨析中理解DNA复制的原理,使学生在自主学习知识的过程中,提升科学思维.
