细菌N-酰基-高丝氨酸内酯类群体感应系统检测

摘要 将群体感应中以N-酰基-高丝氨酸内酯为信号分子的紫色色杆菌(Chromobacte-rium violaceum)菌株作为实验材料,用滤纸片法、平板打孔法、平板点种法和平板划线法检测信号分子N-己酰-L-高丝氨酸内酯(C6-HSL)对紫色杆菌素合成的诱导作用,以及信号分子N-癸酰-L-高丝氨酸内酯(C10-HSL)的抑制作用,取得良好的实验效果.
