A Systematic Project:Thoughts on Constructing“Three Disciplinary Systems”in Country and Regional Studies in the New Era

新时期区域国别学的发展建设,应围绕中国特色哲学社会科学学科体系、学术体系和话语体系“三大体系”建设展开。“三大体系”是一个系统,建设“三大体系”应坚持系统思维。在区域国别学“三大体系”的建设定位中,学科体系建设是核心,学术体系建设是根基,话语体系建设是重点。“围绕核心,扎实根基,突破重点”是今后区域国别学“三大体系”建设的大方向。找准交叉落点、明确学科边界是学科体系建设的可行路径;确立研究范式、构筑理论体系是学术体系建设的可行路径;创新解释体系、扎实内外传播是话语体系建设的可行路径。

development of country and regional studies in the New Era should revolve around the construction of“three systems”:the disciplinary system,the academic system,and the discourse system.The three systems form one larger system,so systematic thinking must be adhered to in their construction.Of the three systems,the disciplinary system is the core,the academic system is the foundation,while the discourse system is the the focal point.A major direction for the construction of the three systems should follow the principle of“centering around the core,laying a solid foundation,and making breakthroughs in key areas”.The practical path for constructing the disciplinary system is to find out the intersection points between disciplines and define the disciplinary boundary;the practical path for constructing the academic system is to establish paradigms of research and frameworks of theories;the practical path for constructing the discourse system is to innovate interpretive approaches and enhance both internal and external communication.
