未成年人弑亲的行为逻辑与防治策略——基于抗逆力对36例案件的分析

The Behavior Logic and Prevention Strategy of Juvenile Kill Relatives——An Analysis of 36 Cases Based on Resilience

近年来,未成年人弑亲犯罪引起了社会以及学术界的广泛关注。本文在分析未成年人弑亲特征的基础上,依托抗逆力理论对36例公开报道的弑亲案件进行解析,发现未成年人弑亲的行为逻辑是:未成年人长期遭受亲缘风险要素冲击,外部保护要素持续缺位,保护要素联结弱化、异化,导致个人抗逆力特质瓦解,致使未成年人的自我效能感恶化为绝望无助状态,抑或因情绪越位而直接选择情绪型风险应对策略,最终将报复恶念付诸施加亲缘风险要素的亲人。基于此,可从杜绝衍生亲缘风险要素、巩固家校素质教育联盟、优化强化家庭成员联结、精心培育未成年人韧性等方面提升抗逆力进行防治。

In recent years,juvenile“kill relatives”crime has aroused widespread concern in society and academia.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of juvenile kill relatives,this paper analyzes 36 publicly reported cases of killing relatives based on the theory of stress tolerance,and finds that the logic of juvenile kill relatives behavior is as follows:Minors suffer from the impact of kin risk factors for a long time,the continuous absence of external protective factors,the weakening or alienation of protective factors connection,leading to the collapse of individual resilience traits,resulting in the deterioration of self-efficacy into a state of despair and helplessness,or directly choose emotional risk coping strategies due to emotional offside,and finally put the evil thoughts of revenge into relatives who apply kin risk factors.Based on this,the prevention and treatment can be carried out by eliminating the derivative kin risk factors,consolidating the home-school quality education alliance,optimizing and strengthening the connection between family members,and carefully cultivating the resilience of minors.
