妊娠糖尿病患者自我管理理论的护理干预研究进展

Research progress on nursing intervention of self-management theory in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

随着人们生活方式的不断改变,孕妇的饮食摄入种类繁多,易发生妊娠糖尿病(GDM)。近年来,GDM发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响母婴健康,造成不良妊娠结局。给予GDM孕妇一定的干预措施,如饮食指导、健康行为指导等,可以改善血糖水平,进而改善母婴结局。自我管理理论通过对膳食模式进行护理干预,从而促进健康饮食行为,能够较好地控制血糖,对妊娠结局有积极影响。本文就GDM患者自我管理理论的护理干预作一综述,为自我管理理论的临床应用及理论升级提供依据。

With the continuous change of people’s lifestyle,pregnant women have a wide variety of dietary intake,which is prone to gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).In recent years,the incidence of GDM has been increasing year by year,which seriously affects maternal and infant health and leads to adverse pregnancy outcome.Certain interventions for pregnant women with GDM,such as dietary guidance and healthy behavior guidance,can improve blood glucose level,and thus improve maternal and infant outcomes.Self-management theory can promote healthy dietary behavior through nursing intervention on dietary patterns,which can better control blood glucose and have a positive impact on pregnancy outcome.This article reviews the nursing intervention of self-management theory in patients with GDM,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application and theoretical upgrading of self-management theory.
