经颅磁刺激在儿童抽动障碍中的应用现状

Application status of transcranial magnetic stimulation in children with tic disorder

抽动障碍(TD)是一种以抽动为主要表现的神经精神类疾病,常见于儿童及青少年期。目前发病机制尚未明确,治疗多以药物、心理行为干预为主。但药物治疗有病情反复、难治愈等情况。难治性TD患儿甚至需要终身服药以控制病情,药物的副作用是除疾病本身以外影响患儿生活质量的重要因素。心理行为干预对患儿具有局限性。因此,探寻具有安全性、有效性、广泛应用性的治疗方法尤为重要。经颅磁刺激是目前临床上接受度较好的神经调控治疗方法,具有安全、无创性等特点,但对于刺激部位、刺激参数的选择尚无统一标准。本文就经颅磁刺激在儿童TD中的应用现状予以综述。

Tic disorder(TD)is a neuropsychiatric diseases characterized by tics,which is common in children and adolescents.At present,the pathogenesis is not clear,and the treatment is mainly drug,and psychological and behavioral intervention.But drug treatment has repeated illness,difficult to cure and so on.Children with refractory TD even need lifelong medication to control the disease,and the side effects of drugs are important factors affecting the quality of life in addition to the disease itself.Psychological and behavioral intervention has limitations for children.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore safe,effective and widely used treatment methods.Transcranial magnetic stimulation is a clinically acceptable neuromodulation treatment method with the characteristics of safety and non-invasiveness.However,there is no unified standard for the selection of stimulation site and stimulation parameter.This paper reviews the application of transcranial magnetic stimulation in children with TD.
