阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of colposcope combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife in the treatment of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的探讨阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年8月全州县妇幼保健院收治的84例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组采用冷刀宫颈锥切治疗,观察组采用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗,比较两组的切缘阳性率、手术相关指标和并发症发生情况。结果观察组的切缘阳性率较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、阴道流血时间、住院天数短于对照组,总失血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论应用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变,能够降低切缘阳性率,缩短手术时间、阴道流血时间、住院天数,减少总失血量,同时降低并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of colposcopy combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 84 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold knife cervical conization,and the observation group was treated with colposcopy combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife.The positive rate of resection margin,surgical related indexes and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate of resection margin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of colposcope combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure knife in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can reduce the positive rate of incisal margin,shorten the operation time,vaginal bleeding time,length of hospital stay,reduce the total blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications.
