五分汤治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wufen Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children

目的分析小儿功能性消化不良采取五分汤治疗的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年8月河北省廊坊市香河县中医医院收治的72例小儿功能性消化不良患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规西药治疗)与观察组(加用五分汤治疗),每组各36例,比较不同治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组各症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿功能性消化不良经五分汤治疗,可有效改善患儿病情,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果,且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Wufen Decoction on functional dyspepsia in children.Methods A total of 72 children with functional dyspepsia were selected as the research objects treated in Xianghe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Langfang City,Hebei Province from June 2021 to August 2022.They were divided into control group(conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(plus Wufen Decoction treatment)according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group,and the different therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The time of symptom remission in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wufen Decoction can effectively improve the condition of children with functional dyspepsia,shorten the treatment time,improve the therapeutic effect,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
