自拟解郁滋乳方联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后缺乳的临床效果

Clinical effect of self-designed Jieyu Ziru Prescription combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia

目的探讨自拟解郁滋乳方联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后缺乳的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月在昆山市康复医院产后康复科就诊的128例产后缺乳患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各64例。对照组予自拟解郁滋乳汤治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合低频脉冲电刺激治疗,比较两组的临床总有效率、血清泌乳素(PRL)水平及人工喂养量。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的78.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的PRL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的PRL水平高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的人工喂养量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后及婴儿满月时两组的人工喂养量少于治疗前,且治疗组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟解郁滋乳汤联合低频脉冲电刺激治疗产后缺乳效果确切,可持续有效地刺激乳腺泌乳。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed Jieyu Ziru Prescription combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.Methods A total of 128 patients with postpartum hypogalactia who received treatment in the Department of Postpartum Rehabilitation,Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-designed Jieyu Ziru Prescription,and the treatment group was treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The total clinical effective rate,serum prolactin(PRL)level and artificial feeding volume were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,which was higher than 78.13%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PRL level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PRL levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,the PRL level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of artificial feeding between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment and the infant one month,the artificial feeding volume of the two groups was less than that before treatment,and that of the treatment group was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Jieyu Ziru Prescription combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia is effective and sustainable to stimulate mammary gland lactation.
