剖宫产术中Bakri球囊填塞预防产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bakri balloon tamponade in preventing postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术中Bakri球囊填塞预防产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年6月上海市奉贤区奉城医院妇产科收治的96例剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(48例)、对照组(48例)。对照组采用常规宫腔纱布填塞,观察组采用Bakri球囊填塞,比较两组临床效果。结果两组的产后出血量、子宫切除情况、术后24 h出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的术后24 h VAS评分、产褥期并发症总发生率低于对照组,填塞物取出时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Bakri球囊填塞预防产后出血效果确切,能够降低术后疼痛感及产褥期并发症发生率,临床可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bakri balloon tamponade in preventing postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods A total of 96 cases of cesarean section women admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Fengcheng Hospital of Fengxian District in Shanghai from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional uterine gauze packing,and the observation group was treated with Bakri balloon tamponade.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in postpartum blood loss,hysterectomy and 24 h postoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS score 24 h after operation and the total incidence of puerperium complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of tamponade removal was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bakri balloon tamponade is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage,which can reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of puerperium complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
