宫腔球囊填塞术联合子宫压迫缝合术治疗妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产后出血患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage patients after caesarean section of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探究宫腔球囊填塞术联合子宫压迫缝合术治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2020年11月至2021年11月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇产科收治的56例妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产后出血孕产妇,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组各28例。常规组采取子宫压迫缝合术治疗,研究组采取宫腔球囊填塞术联合子宫压迫缝合术治疗,比较两组的术后24 h出血量、止血时间、并发症发生情况。结果研究组的术后24 h出血量少于常规组,止血时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔球囊填塞术联合子宫压迫缝合术治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇剖宫产产后出血的临床效果确切,能够缩短止血时间,降低并发症总发生率,临床值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage patients after caesarean section of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 56 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of gestational diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 28 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with uterine compression suture,and the study group was treated with uterine balloon tamponade combined with uterine compression suture.The bleeding volume of 24 hours after operation,hemostasis time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume of 24 hours after operation in the study group was less than that in the conventional group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus is exact,which can shorten the hemostasis time and reduce the total incidence of complications,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
