双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Live Bacteria Tablets combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea

目的探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年3月兰陵县人民医院收治的78例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(39例)和治疗组(39例)。参照组采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,治疗组在参照组基础上联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组双歧杆菌及乳杆菌水平及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,两组双歧杆菌及乳杆菌水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻,可提高双歧杆菌及乳杆菌水平,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Live Bacteria Tablets combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 78 children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital from August 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the reference group(39 cases)and the treatment group(39 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Live Bacteria Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder on the basis of the reference group.The levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Live Bacteria Tablets combined with Montmorillonite Powder can improve the levels of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
