蒙脱石散联用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifido-bacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea

目的探讨蒙脱石散联用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年7月绵阳市中心医院儿科收治的100例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻停止时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、退热时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻,可较快改善腹泻症状,提高临床疗效,具有安全性,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Mianyang Central Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom remission time,hospital stay and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stopping time of diarrhea,the time to return to normal stool characteristics,the time of fever remission and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Tetragenous Viable Bacteria Tablets in the treatment of diarrhea in children can quickly improve the symptoms of diarrhea and clinical efficacy with safety,which is worthy of promotion.
