去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期子宫异常出血的效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol treating abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence and its influence on quality of life

目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期子宫异常出血的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月莘县妇幼保健院妇产科收治的120例青春期子宫异常出血患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(60例)与对照组(60例)。实验组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗,对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗。比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应总发生率。结果实验组总有效率(98.33%)高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应总发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(15.00%)(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期子宫异常出血具有较好的临床疗效,不良反应较少,有助于提高患儿的生活质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol treating abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 120 adolescent children with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shen County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the experimental group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol,and the control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and overall incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence has better clinical effect and fewer adverse reactions.It is helpful to improve the quality of life of children and has popularization value.
