阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合替硝唑在小儿胃炎治疗中的效果

Effect of Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Granules combined with Tinidazole in the treatment of infantile gastritis

目的探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合替硝唑在小儿胃炎治疗中的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月中核五〇四医院收治的110例小儿胃炎患儿,按照抽签法分为对比组与探析组,每组各55例。对比组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒治疗,探析组采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合替硝唑治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应总发生率、复发率及症状改善时间。结果探析组总有效率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组不良反应总发生率及复发率均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组症状改善时间均短于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎,疗效较好,不良反应较少,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Granules combined with Tinidazole in the treatment of infantile gastritis.Methods A total of 110 children with infantile gastritis admitted to the 504 Hospital of China Nuclear Power from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the analysis group according to the lottery method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Granules,and the analysis group was treated with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Granules combined with Tinidazole.The clinical efficacy,total incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the analysis group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the analysis group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium Granules combined with Tinidazole in the treatment of infantile gastritis has better efficacy and fewer adverse reactions with low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
