基于保护性约束中的舒适护理干预对女性精神分裂症的影响

Effect of comfort nursing intervention based on protective restraint on female schizophrenia

目的探讨在保护性约束中采用舒适护理干预对女性精神分裂症的影响。方法选取2022年1月至6月山东省戴庄医院收治的90例精神分裂症女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组保护性约束时实施常规护理,观察组保护性约束时实施舒适护理,比较两组不良事件总发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女性精神分裂症患者在实施保护性约束期间配合舒适护理能够减少不良事件的发生,并提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing intervention in protective restraint on female schizophrenia.Methods A total of 90 female patients with schizophrenia admitted to Daizhuang Hospital of Shandong Province from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases).The control group was given routine nursing during protective restraint,while the observation group was given comfort nursing during protective restraint.The total incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing during the implementation of protective restraint for female patients with schizophrenia can reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
