环节质量管理对乳腺癌患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管成功率及并发症的影响

Influence of link quality management on the success catheterization rate and complication of peripherally inserted central venous catheter in breast cancer patients

目的探讨环节质量管理对乳腺癌患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管成功率及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月东莞市滨海湾中心医院肿瘤内科收治的100例经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组各50例。对照组接受常规置管护理,干预组接受置管环节质量管理,比较两组的一次性置管成功率、并发症发生情况。结果干预组的一次性置管成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论环节质量管理可提升乳腺癌患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管置管成功率,降低相关并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of link quality management on the success catheterization rate and complication of peripherally inserted central venous catheter in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter who were admitted to the Department of Medical Oncology,Binhaiwan Central Hospital of Dongguan from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the intervention group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine catheterization nursing,and the intervention group was given link quality management.The one-time success rate of catheterization and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The one-time success rate of catheterization in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Link quality management can improve the success rate of peripherally inserted central venous catheter in breast cancer patients and reduce the incidence of related complications,which is worthy of promotion.
