个体化延续性护理干预对女性老年高血压患者血压及生活质量的影响

Effect of individualized continuous nursing intervention on blood pressure and quality of life in elderly female patients with hypertension

目的探讨个体化延续性护理干预对女性老年高血压患者血压及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2022年10月江苏省无锡市人民医院心内科收治的74例女性老年高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用个性化延续性护理干预。比较两组血压水平及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女性老年高血压患者应用个体化延续性护理干预,可降低血压水平,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized continuous nursing intervention on blood pressure and quality of life in elderly female patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 74 elderly female patients with hypertension admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Wuxi People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from August 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received individualized continuous nursing intervention.Blood pressure and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized continuous nursing intervention in elderly female hypertension patients can reduce blood pressure level and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
