疼痛控制护理对小儿骨折患儿康复锻炼依从性的影响

Effect of pain control care on compliance with rehabilitation exercises in children with pediatric fracture

目的探讨小儿骨折患儿接受疼痛控制护理对其康复锻炼依从性的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月寿光市人民医院收治的60例小儿骨折患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用疼痛控制护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果护理后观察组疼痛评分、负性情绪评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理后各项肢体功能评分和康复锻炼总依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将疼痛控制护理应用于小儿骨折患儿临床护理工作中,可改善疼痛和负性情绪,提高其康复锻炼依从性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of pain control care on compliance with rehabilitation exercises in children with pediatric fractures.Methods A total of 60 children with pediatric fracture treated in Shouguang People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pain control care to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The pain score and negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).The limb function scores and the total compliance rate of rehabilitation exercises of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain control care in the clinical nursing of children with fracture can improve pain and negative emotions,and increase the compliance of rehabilitation exercise,which is worth promoting.
