快速康复外科理念在小儿扁桃体、腺样体切除术围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of children with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在小儿扁桃体、腺样体切除术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年12月环江毛南族自治县人民医院收治并行扁桃体、腺样体切除手术患儿106例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=53)和对照组(n=53)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施常规护理+快速康复外科理念,比较实施不同护理方法的效果。结果观察组患儿住院时间[(5.12±0.75)d]、住院费用[(7751.31±567.65)元]均少于对照组[(7.06±1.13)d、(9017.45±650.83)元],差异有统计学意义(t=8.139、9.401,P<0.01)。观察组患儿的疼痛视觉模拟评分[(1.76±0.38)分]低于对照组[(4.10±0.81)分],差异有统计学意义(t=8.216,P<0.01)。观察组患儿的并发症总发生率[5.66%(3/53)]低于对照组[22.64%(12/53)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.478,P<0.05)。观察组的总满意率[98.11%(52/53)]高于对照组[81.13%(43/53)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.216,P<0.05)。结论在小儿扁桃体、腺样体切除术围手术期护理中实施快速康复外科理念,能有效减少患儿术后疼痛及并发症发生率,促进身体恢复,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用支出,提高家属对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of children with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.Methods A total of 106 children who received tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County People’s Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The control group was given the routine care,the observation group implemented the routine care+rapid rehabilitation surgery concept,the effect of implementing different nursing was compared.Results The length of stay([5.12±0.75]d)and hospitalization cost([7751.31±567.65]yuan)of children in the observation group were less than those in the control group([7.06±1.13]d and[9017.45±650.83]yuan),and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.139,9.401,P<0.01).The children in the observation group had lower pain visual analogue scale([1.76±0.38]points)score than the control group([4.10±0.81]points),and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.216,P<0.01).The overall complication rate of children in the observation group(5.66%[3/53])was lower than that in the control group(22.64%[12/53]),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.478,P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group(98.11%[52/53])was higher than that of the control group(81.13%[43/53]),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.216,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of pediatric tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complications in children,promote physical recovery,shorten the hospital stay,reduce medical expenses,and improve the satisfaction of medical nursing work.
