摘要
介绍了塞棒吹氩工艺在某钢厂320 mm×425 mm连铸机GCr15轴承钢的应用。比对了塞棒吹氩工艺与不吹氩工艺GCr15轴承钢宏观夹杂物的差异。结果表明,实施塞棒吹氩工艺的轴承钢宏观夹杂物,比未实施吹氩工艺的好。
The application of stopper argon blowing process for a bloom CCM is described.The macro inclusions in bearing steel GCr15 produced with stopper argon blowing process and with no stopper argon blowing process were compared.The results show that the macro inclusions in the steel with the stopper argon blowing process are better than those without stopper argon blowing process.
