Research on Temperature Calibration Devices for Thermo Cell Based on Wireless Sensor Network

本文介绍了一种基于无线传感网络恒温金属浴校准装置的研制,通过设计主无线温度传感器、无线接收装置、温度传感器结构,实现对市面上的恒温金属浴孔径的在线校准。采用二等标准铂电阻温度计与电测设备、恒温槽连接,构成高精度测温系统,并对其性能进行试验和评估,测试结果可靠有效。

This paper introduces the development of a calibration device for constant temperature metal bath based on wireless sensor network.By designing the main wireless temperature sensor,wireless receiving device and temperature sensor structure,the online calibration of the aperture of constant temperature metal bath on the market is realized.The second class standard platinum resistance thermometer is connected with electrical measuring equipment and constant temperature groove to form a high precision temperature measuring system,and its performance is tested and evaluated.The test results are reliable and effective.
