汽车脚垫的检测方法探究及分析

摘要 随着汽车产业的蓬勃发展,汽车已成为很多人的第二个家,其具有车内空间小、密闭性强、车内温度变化幅度大、人口密度大等特征。由于其非金属部件种类繁多,长时间暴露在阳光下,会造成车内空气富集有害成分。而汽车脚垫作为车内后置入产品,为后引入的污染源,在车内释放的有毒有害物质不容忽视。本文通过检测四种不同材质的汽车脚垫释放的有毒有害物质,对行业内标准的现状进行分析。 With the vigorous development of the automobile industry,the automobile has become many people'ssecond home,which has the characteristics of small interior space,strong aitightness,large temperature rangelarge population density.Due to a wide variety of non-metallic pats,long exposure to sunlight will cause the airinside the car to enrich harmful components.The car floor mat,as a product placed in the car,can also be consid-ered to be the post-introduction of pollution sources,and the release of toxic and harmful substances in the carcan not be ignored.This paper analyzes the status quo of standards in the industry by testing the toxic and harmful substances released by four different materials of automobile floor mats.
