摘要
商用车驾驶室静压试验台是测试汽车车顶强度的重要设备,可对汽车车顶施加一定的载荷,检测车辆驾驶室对乘员的保护能力。其压力作用面尺寸一般为(2.5×2.5)m,且力值校准需同时布置多个标准测力仪。本文使用五种标准测力仪布置方式对静压试验台进行校准,通过比较、分析校准数据,评估不同布置方式对校准结果的影响,为同类型设备校准提供参考,为后续制定统一、规范的校准方法奠定基础。
Commercial vehicle cab static pressure test bench is an important device for testing the strength of vehicle roof.It can impose a certain load on the roof to test the protection ability of vehicle cab to occupants.The sizeof its pressure surface is generally(2.5 x2.5)m,and several standard force gauges need to be arranged at thesame time for force value calibration.In this paper,five standard dynamometer layout methods are used to calibratethe static pressure test bench.Through comparison and analysis of calibration data,the influence of dfferent layoutmethods on calibration results is evaluated,which provides reference for the calibraton of the same type of equipment and lays a foundation for the subsequent development of unified and standardized calibration methods.
