摘要
通过比较直接测频法、测周期测频法和等精度测频法,在确定等精度测频法不受被测信号计数影响的前提下,提出一种同时记录标准时钟上升沿和下降沿的改进型等精度测频法。与传统的等精度测频法相比,将±1个计数误差减小为±0.5个计数误差。采用FPGA进行验证,并扩展PC机上显示频率读数和波形可视化功能。
By comparing the direct frequency measurement method,the periodic frequency measurement method and the equal precision frequency measurement method,and on the premise of ensuring that the equal precision frequency measurement method is not affected by the measured signal count,an improved equal precision frequency measurement method which records the rising edge and falling edge of the standard clock at the same time is proposed.Compared with the traditional equal precision frequency measurement method,the counting error of ±1 is reduced to ±0.5.FPGA is used for verification,and the function of display frequency reading and waveform visualization on PC is extended.
