New Features, Difficulties and Countermeasures of "Generation Z"

摘要 Z世代又称互联网世代,是美国及欧洲的流行用语,指出生在1995-2009年间受到互联网、即时通讯、智能手机和平板电脑等科技产物影响很强的一代人,他们的思想和行为特征受到中国社会环境新变化的较大影响。近年来,经济发展与数字化深度融合发展的态势明显,新冠大流行强化了数字经济向无接触方向的渗透,这种变化将会较为深刻地改变未来生产生活方式,文章以杭州调研的事实,揭示Z世代的新特征、时代性,存在的群体性困难与成因,从帮扶新时代年轻人成长、发挥中流砥柱作用的角度,提出推进国家未来高质量发展的对策。 Generation Z is a popular term in the United States and Europe.They are a group of young people born between 1995 and 2009,also known as the Internet Generation.It refers to a generation of people who are greatly affected by technological products such as the Internet,instant messaging,smart phones and tablet computers.Their ideological and behavioral characteristics are greatly affected by the new changes in China's social environment.In recent years,the trend of deep integration of economic development and digital development is obvious.The COVID-19 pandemic has strengthened the penetration of the digital economy in the contactless direction,and this change will profoundly change the future production and life style.Based on the facts of research in Hangzhou,this article reveals the new characteristics of Generation Z,their epochal nature,existing group difficulties and causes,and from the perspective of helping young people in the new era to grow and play a mainstay role,puts forward countermeasures to promote the country's high-quality development in the future.
