社会参与传统村落保护的实践路径——基于永泰县的案例研究

Practice Path of Social Participation in Traditional Village Protection--Based on the Case of Yongtai County

传统村落是中华优秀传统文化的传承空间,实施传统村落保护是对乡村文化原真性和完整性的有力维系。社会参与传统村落保护能够通过发挥社会多元主体重要价值与功能,推动传统村落保护可持续发展和乡村文化振兴,建设和美乡村。基于社会参与传统村落保护的生成逻辑,探析传统村落保护的行动系统及协同机理。以福建省永泰县为例,梳理和阐释其在发挥社会力量、提升传统村落保护效能上的经验价值,提出社会参与下传统村落保护实现路径:优化传统村落保护人才开发机制,推动社会力量与社区主体的融合,加强社会协同的民间融资和信用监督体系建设。

Traditional villages are the inheritance space of Chinese excellent traditional culture.The implementation of traditional village protection is a powerful maintenance of the authenticity and integrity of rural culture.Social participation in the protection of traditional villages can promote the protection and sustainable development of traditional villages and the revitalization of rural culture by giving play to the important values and functions of social pluralistic subjects,and build a harmonious and beautiful countryside.Based on the generation logic of social participation in traditional village protection,this paper analyzes the action system and coordination mechanism of traditional village protection.Taking Yongtai County,Fujian Province as an example,this paper combs and explains its experience value in giving play to social forces and improving the efficiency of traditional village protection,and puts forward the realization path of traditional village protection with social participation:optimizing the talent development mechanism of traditional village protection,promoting the integration of social forces and community entities,and strengthening the construction of social coordination of folk financing and credit supervision system.
