摘要
本文对辽宁省地方标准DB21/T 3582—2022《生态环境监测生物安全管理技术导则》进行解读,概述了该标准制定的目的、原则及主要内容,着重对标准中的几个重要技术指标内容进行分析,旨在为有关人员更好地应用本标准提供指导。
This paper interprets the Liaoning provincial local standard DB21/T 3582—2022 Technical guidelines for biosafety management of ecological environment monitoring,outlines the purpose,principles and main contents of the standard,and focuses on the analysis of several important technical indicators in the standard,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel to better apply this standard.
