摘要 为了最大限度地发挥热电偶自动检定装置的检定能力,对现有的三套热电偶自动检定系统进行了优化改造。改造的关键技术是设计并制作了检定炉交换控制系统,克服了原有热电偶检定系统之间互不兼容、相互干扰等技术瓶颈。通过这套检定炉交换控制系统,可以使多套热电偶检定系统同时工作,并且每个检定系统都可以控制任何一个检定炉,排除了检定过程中存在的安全隐患,并且能够实时监控每一路的检定情况,极大地提高了热电偶(阻)的检定能力和效率。 In order to maximize the verification capability of the thermocouple automatic verification device,the existing three sets of thermocouple automatic verification systems have been optimized.The key technology of the transformation is the design and manufacture of the exchange control system of the calibration furnace,which overcomes the technical bottlenecks such as incompatibility and mutual interference between the original thermocouple calibration systems.Through this set of verification furnace exchange control system,multiple sets of thermocouple verification systems can work at the same time,and each verification system can control any verification furnace,eliminate the potential safety hazards in the verification process,and can monitor the verification of each channel in real time,greatly improving the verification ability and efficiency of thermocouple(resistance).
