中药合剂中铝元素含量测定的研究

Study on Determination of Aluminum Content in Chinese Herbal Mixture

目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定中药合剂中铝元素含量的方法。方法:样品经硝酸-过氧化氢溶液微波消解后,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度测定中药合剂中铝元素的含量。结果:该方法线性良好,相关系数为0.998,铝元素的检出限为0.24 mg/kg,回收率在87.5%~98.5%之间,相对标准偏差≤3.4%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、检出限低,满足中药合剂中铝元素含量的测定。

Objective:To establish a method for determination of Aluminum element in Chinese herbal mixture by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.Methods:The sample was digested with nitric acid by microwaves,and determination of Aluminum element in Chinese herbal mixture by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.Results:This method had good linear relationship and the correlation coefficient was 0.998.The detection limit of aluminum element is 0.24 mg/kg.The recovery ranged from 87.5%to 98.5%.Relative standard deviation≤3.4%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple in operation,high in sensitivity and low in detection limit.
