气相色谱法测定化妆品中的甲酸及其盐类和丙酸及其盐类 被引量:1

Determination of Formic Acid and Propionic Acid and Its Salts in Cosmetics by Gas Chromatography

摘要 本文建立气相色谱分析法检测化妆品中甲酸及其盐类和丙酸及其盐类,采用HP-FFAP色谱柱,样品经甲醇超声提取,外标法进行定量。结果表明,甲酸在12~400μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),方法的检出限为40μg/g,回收率为95.1%~100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~2.8%;丙酸在6~200μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99995),方法的检出限为20μg/g,回收率为92.8%~101.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%~3.6%。该方法准确、可靠,适用于化妆品中甲酸及其盐类和丙酸及其盐类的检测。 To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of formic acid and its salts and propionic acid and its salts in cosmetics,the samples were extracted by methanol ultrasonic and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that a good linearity at the concentration range of 12 to 400μg/mL was obtained for formic acid with correlation coefficients of 0.9992.The detection limit of formic acid was 40μg/g,the recoveries were 95.1%~100.5%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 1.3%~2.8%.The results showed that a good linearity at the concentration range of 6.0 to 200μg/mL was obtained for propionic acid with correlation coefficients of 0.99995.The detection limit of propionic acid was 20μg/g,the recoveries were 92.8%~101.4%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 2.3%~3.6%.The method is accurate and reliable for the determination of formic acid and its salts and propionic acid and its salts in cosmetics.
