为了给广大业主带来更好的物业管理服务,最大限度保障广大业主的生命财产安全,各物业管理企业应提升自身管理工作的科学程度,制定健全、完善的应急机制,从而在各类突发事件发生时有条不紊地做好广大业主的疏散工作及生命财产保护工作。本文就新时代背景下物业管理企业应急机制的建立与完善展开研究,首先简要介绍物业管理企业应急管理的现状,随后提出新时代背景下物业管理企业应急机制的建立与完善路径,以期为相关物业管理企业提供参考。

In order to bring better property management services to the majority of owners and ensure the safety of their lives and property to the maximum extent,each property management enterprise should enhance the scientific level of its own management work and formulate a sound and perfect emergency mechanism,so as to do a good job in evacuation and protection of the lives and property of the majority of owners in an orderly manner when all kinds of emergencies occur.This paper studies the establishment and improvement of emergency mechanism of property management enterprises in the new era.Firstly,it briefly introduces the present situation of emergency management of property management enterprises,and then puts forward the path of establishing and improving emergency mechanism of property management enterprises in the new era,in order to provide reference for related property management enterprises.
