摘要
梅钢2号高炉于2017年开始尝试添加废钢冶炼生铁,生产中经常出现下料口堵塞事故。2020年,2号高炉改为添加钢渣热压块,生产实践表明:①钢渣热压块尺寸规整,不会造成卡料;②钢渣热压块比为130kg/t左右,铁水产量提升最显著;③高炉燃料比最低降至470kg/t,煤比基本维持不变;④钢渣热压块比不宜超过140 kg/t,否则会对炉料透气性产生显著影响;⑤钢渣热压块应随烧结矿一起装料,布在矿平台的中间部位.减小对煤气流分布的影响。
Meishan Steel No.2 BF starts to charge scrap for HM production in 2017,but always suffers charge clogging while descending inside the furnace during production,thus,the scrap is replaced by hot briquetted slag since 2020.The production practice reveals;(1)The charge can descend smoothly thanks to regular size of the hot briquetted slag;(2)HM output is increased greatly while the mixing rate of hot briquetted slag is about 130kg/t;(3)The fuel rate can be reduced to 470kg/t min.,but the coal rate remained almost unchanged;(4)The production practice also proves the mixing rate of hot briquetted slag should not be higher than 140kg/t,otherwise the permeability of the burden will go worse significantly;(5)And the hot briquetted slag shall be charged together with the sinter and distributed in the middle part of the ore burden so as to reduce its influence on the gas flow distribution.
