摘要
马钢1号高炉开炉后采用“平台+漏斗”布料模式,铁水[Ti]含量一直偏高,炉缸活跃性的持续下滑,因采取的调整措施不当,造成两道气流分布不合理、操作炉型不规则、炉缸活跃性变差以及渣铁处理出现问题,炉况长时间处于波动状态。通过上部调整装料制度疏导中心气流,配合下部风量、富氧量等参数改善操作炉型,活化炉缸,强化出铁标准化操作,炉况逐步恢复正常,主要技术经济指标得到改善。2021年12月,1号高炉风量逐步恢复至4950 m^(3)/min,日产量恢复至6800t/d,焦炭负荷恢复至4.6。
After blowing on,Masteel No.1 BF operates in a burden distribution way of"platform+funnel",but the Ti content of HM keeps higher,and the hearth becomes more and more inactive.The follow-up adjustment measures seem inadequate,resulting in undesirable gas flow path,irregular furnace inner profile,worse action of hearth and difficulty in iron and slag handling operation.The furnace working status is always unstable.By adjusting of the distribution system to smooth the central gas flow,applying adequate blasting and oxygen enrichment parameters,improving the furnace operating profile via enhancing the hearth activity,ami standardizing tapping operation,the furnace gradually walks to normal and the main techno-economics indexes improve.In December 2021,the blast flow rate of the No.1 BF gradually goes up to 4950m^(3)/min,the daily output reaches 6800 t/d,ami the coke load declines to 4.6.
