安钢3号高炉铁口区域温度升高的治理

摘要 安钢3号高炉中修开炉后,随着冶炼不断强化,炉缸侧壁温度缓慢升高,特别是1号铁口区域两处热电偶温度分别达到439.01℃和436.25℃。认为冶炼强度大幅提高、冷却设备损坏及中修停炉凉炉打水量偏大是造成铁口区域温度升高的主要原因。通过采取强化冷却、加强铁口维护与出铁管理、进行钛矿护炉,以及适当降低冶炼强度等一系列措施,1号铁口区域温度得到有效降低与控制,治理后的温度基本在260℃以下,保证了高炉安全生产。 After intermediate maintenance,Anyang Steel No.3 BF reblows,and the temperature of the hearth side wall goes up slowly as the smelting intensifies,reaching 439.01℃and 436.25℃according to readings of two thermocouples at the No.1 taphole area.It is believed that this trouble is mainly caused by surge of smelting intensity,damage of the cooling equipment,and the high furnace cooling water flow rate during blow down operation for medium maintenance.As the corresponding measures,thus the furnace undergoes intensified cooling,enhanced taphole maintenance and tapping management,titanium ore-based protection,and adequate lowering of smelting intensity,effectively reducing the temperature at No.1 taphole area.The temperature is controlled below 260℃roughly,and the furnace safe production gets ensured.
