摘要
单一铝化物涂层存在抗高温氧化性能及抗高温热腐蚀性能不足等问题,添加改性元素可以改变铝化物涂层的组织成分,添加改性元素通过影响氧化膜的转变与脱落、铝元素和氧元素的扩散,从而影响涂层的抗氧化性以及抗热腐蚀性能,改变涂层的力学性能。梳理了近年来有关改性元素对铝化物涂层的组织结构、抗氧化性能、抗热腐蚀性能以及力学性能的影响的相关研究,展望了未来镍基合金上改性铝化物涂层的发展方向。
Single aluminide coating has shortcomings such as insufficient resistance to high⁃temperature oxidation and high⁃temperature thermal corrosion.The addition of modifying elements can change the structural composition of the aluminide coating.The addition of modifying elements affected the oxidation resistance and thermal corrosion resistance of the coating by affecting the transformation and detachment of the oxide film,as well as the diffusion of aluminum and oxygen elements,and changed the mechanical properties of the coating.In this paper,the studies on the effects of modifying elements on the microstructure,oxidation resistance,thermal corrosion resistance,and mechanical properties of aluminide coatings in recent years were summarized.And the development direction of modified aluminide coating on nickel⁃base alloy in the future was prospected.
