医院静配中心药品信息化管理的应用与分析

Application and analysis of drug information management in hospital static distribution center

目的分析医院静配中心药品信息化管理的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月赣州市人民医院未开展静配中心药品信息化管理的19名药剂师和256份用药处方作为对照组,2019年2月-2020年10月开展静配中心药品信息化管理的22名药剂师和283份用药处方作为试验组,对比2组使用环节差错发生率、医嘱差错发生率、医嘱合格率、工作人员满意度情况。结果试验组使用环节差错发生率4.95%(14/283),较对照组的17.19%(44/256)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医属差错发生率3.89%(11/283),较对照组的19.92%(51/256)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医属合格率95.05%(269/283),较对照组的87.11%(223/256)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组工作人员满意度为95.45%(21/22),与对照组的84.21%(16/19)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医院静配中心药品信息化管理可提高用药安全与药品管理水平,采用规范化、系统化的方式,可降低使用环节差错与医嘱差错发生风险,提高医嘱合格率,同时还可提升工作人员满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of drug information management in hospital static distribution center.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,19 pharmacists and 256 prescriptions who did not carry out the drug information management of the static distribution center in our hospital were selected as the control group,and 22 pharmacists and 283 prescriptions who carried out the drug information management of the static distribution center in our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the experimental group.The use link error rate,doctor's order error rate,doctor's order qualification rate and staff satisfaction of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe incidence of errors in the use of links in the experimental group was 4.95%(14/283)lower than that in the control group17.19%(44/256),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of medical order errors in the experimental group was 3.89%(11/283),which was lower than that in the control group19.92%(51/256)(P<0.05);The qualified rate of medical orders in the experimental group was 95.05%(269/283)higher than 87.11%(223/256)in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of stff in the experimental group was 95.45%(21/22)compared with 84.21%(16/19)in the control group,and the diference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The drug information management of the hospital static distribution center can improve the drug safety and drug management level.Adopting a standardized and systematic way can reduce the risk of errors in use links and medical orders,improve the qualified rate of medical orders,and promote the satisfaction of staff.
