多种新型教学方法在医学影像学临床教学中的联合应用与思考

Combined application and thinking of various new teaching methods in clinical teaching of medical imaging

医学影像学临床教学是培养学生实践能力的重要环节。传统的基于讲授学习的教学方法在长期医学教育实践中显现出较多弊端。随着教学研究的不断深入,多种新型教学方法不断涌现。本文结合临床教学工作实际,总结目前应用在医学影像学临床带教中的各种新型教学方法,如:导师制、PBL、CBL、TBL、RBL、翻转课堂、循证医学、移动信息平台及阶梯考核教学法,并思考其联合应用的方法及意义。

Clinical teaching of medical imaging is an important part of cultivating students'practical ability.The traditional teaching method based on teaching and learning shows many disadvantages in the long-term practice of medical education.With the deepening of teaching research,a variety of new teaching methods are emerging.Combined with the practice of clinical teaching,the author summarizes various new teaching methods currently applied in clinical teaching of medical imaging,such as tutorial system,PBL,CBL,TBL,RBL,flipped classroom,evidence-based medicine,mobile information platform and ladder assessment teaching method,And think about the method and significance of its combined application.
